Getting help

We want surf-travel information and our website to be usable by people with different access needs. If you encounter a barrier, email charles@predictive.company or use contact. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not send medical information or passwords. You may request an alternative way to obtain information or complete an available task.

Website accessibility

The interface includes keyboard focus indicators, form labels, responsive layouts and text alternatives for meaningful imagery. These features are not a declaration that every page conforms to a particular standard. We have not completed an independent accessibility certification, and third-party sign-in, payment and map interfaces can have different limitations. Please report a problem even if a page appears to work visually.

Camp accessibility is separate

A usable website does not establish that a camp, transfer vehicle, beach or surf activity meets your needs. Research profiles are not an accessibility audit. Confirm step-free access, bathroom layout, bed access, assistance, transport and activity requirements directly with the operator before making arrangements. We do not infer accessibility from photographs or from an amenity label alone.
