Pilot participation

These terms describe use of the owner tools provided by Surfcamps World Inc., Québec, Canada. Real bookings remain paused. Access to an owner account, completion of onboarding or a published editorial guide does not by itself establish a commercial partnership or authorize live sales. Authority and accurate listings

Only act for a camp or organization you are authorized to represent. Keep legal identity, location, rooms, inventory, prices, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, age requirements, accessibility information and cancellation terms accurate. Distinguish an individual bed from an exclusive room. Do not promise a room allocation or service you cannot supply. Upload photographs and other materials only with appropriate rights and required credits.

You remain responsible for your accommodation, instruction, equipment, staff, permits and guest care. Listing on this website is not a platform certification of safety, licensing or insurance. Identify relevant requirements and additional charges before a guest books; do not use a later message to introduce an undisclosed compulsory fee.

Team access and guest information

Give team members only the access they need and remove obsolete access. Use guest data received through the platform to deliver the requested service and handle related obligations, not for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis. Protect that information and contact us promptly about a suspected incident. The platform's privacy policy does not replace your own obligations as a camp operator.

Payments and records

Before live collection, the parties must confirm the payment model, fees, currency, refund responsibility, taxes and settlement arrangements in writing. The tools can support online collection, a platform fee with the remainder payable to the camp, or connected-account arrangements. A balance displayed in an owner report is not a bank transfer or a guarantee of funds available for withdrawal.

Where platform collection is used with manual settlement, only an actual completed external transfer and its supporting record establish that payment was sent to the camp. No automatic payout schedule is promised by these pilot terms. Refunds, processor fees, disputes and recoveries need reconciliation. Do not mark a payment as received solely to change a booking's status.

Integrations, conduct and suspension

Optional calendar or payment integrations require separate authorization. Calendar synchronization is a convenience, not a substitute for checking the booking and inventory record. Do not submit fake guest reviews, impersonate guests, conceal charges, circumvent access restrictions or use the service for unlawful offers. We may restrict access or unpublish misleading content while investigating a concern; you can contact us to request a review. Outstanding obligations and non-excludable legal rights remain.
