Who provides this website

Surfcamps World Inc., Québec, Canada, operates surfcamps.world. Contact charles@predictive.company for platform questions, complaints or these terms. See our operator and editorial notice, privacy policy and cancellation information.

The current service

The website provides surf-travel research, camp discovery and a booking demonstration. Real accommodation bookings are currently paused. A researched camp guide is editorial information, not an offer of available accommodation, a partnership or an endorsement. Opening a camp's external website takes you to a separate business and its own terms.

A clearly marked demo checkout uses test payments. It does not reserve a real bed, buy a service or charge a real payment card. Use the displayed test details, not real card information. Accounts, messages and information entered in a demo can still be real personal information; use fictional guest details when testing.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate someone, submit another person's sensitive information without authority, publish unlawful or abusive material, infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. A lead booker must be at least 18. Camp-specific participant requirements may be different; a listed age range is not permission for a child to participate.

We may restrict accounts or remove content to investigate misuse, fraud, security issues or rights complaints. Contact us if you believe a restriction was mistaken. Access restrictions do not remove any statutory rights or valid refund entitlement.

How a future real booking would work

When real bookings become available, the selected dates, guests, room allocation, package, currency, charges, payment schedule and cancellation policy must be reviewed before confirmation. A temporary hold or a successful screen redirect is not confirmation; check the booking status and confirmation record. Do not make travel arrangements based on a demo.

The identified camp provides the accommodation and activities. The checkout will identify what is collected online and what, if anything, is payable directly to the camp. Payment collection by the platform does not mean the platform operates the camp. An expressly accepted balance authorization may permit a later charge on the displayed date. A separate supplier's terms must be shown and applicable to that booking; research notes do not become your contract automatically.

Your content and travel decisions

Submit only content you are entitled to share. You retain your rights and permit us to store, display and process your submission as needed to provide the relevant service, moderate misuse and maintain booking or support records. Reviews describe individual experiences. Report inaccurate, infringing or unsafe content through contact.

Surfing conditions change and involve physical risks. Research pages are not forecasts, medical advice, supervision or a safety certification. Check your ability, local conditions, travel documents and appropriate insurance with the relevant provider. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and your rights

We may update the website and these notices, with the date shown above. Changes do not retrospectively replace a confirmed booking's recorded terms. Québec and applicable Canadian law govern these platform terms, subject to mandatory protections and rights available where you live. We do not require you to give up statutory remedies or agree to mandatory private arbitration. Contact us first if you wish us to investigate a concern; this does not prevent a complaint to an authority or court.
