Cancellation policies

Real bookings are paused. Demo cancellations and refunds are test records: they do not move real money or cancel accommodation with a real camp. Researched guides link to independent operators; bookings made directly with them follow their own contract, not the examples below.

Platform cancellation schedules

When real bookings become available, the policy shown before checkout and saved with the booking is the starting point. The platform supports these schedules, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any remedy required by law:

• Flexible: at least 14 days before check-in, refund the amount paid; from 7 to fewer than 14 days, refund 50% of the amount paid; fewer than 7 days, no scheduled refund.
• Moderate: at least 30 days, refund the amount paid; from 14 to fewer than 30 days, refund amounts paid above the recorded deposit; fewer than 14 days, no scheduled refund.
• Strict: at least 60 days, refund amounts paid above the recorded deposit; fewer than 60 days, no scheduled refund.

Thresholds use the camp's local time zone and the start of the check-in date. The trip page shows the applicable deadline and calculation. A refund cannot exceed the captured amount still refundable. Money owed but never collected is not a cash refund; previous refunds reduce what remains refundable. A zero-payment booking does not create a refund credit.

Requesting a change or refund

Use your trip's cancellation action or contact charles@predictive.company with the reference if you need help or believe the calculation is wrong. Date, room or package changes may require cancellation and a new booking; a replacement is subject to its own availability and price. Do not assume a new reservation exists until confirmed.

Where the camp cancels, the platform's cancellation flow requests refund of amounts collected through the platform. Payments made directly to a camp must be raised with that camp; contact us if assistance is needed. A refund request can be pending or fail, so a cancellation screen is not proof that funds reached your bank. Check the trip record and contact us if processing is unresolved. We cannot promise a bank settlement date.

Your statutory rights

The schedules above do not remove cancellation, reimbursement, chargeback or other rights that apply by law, including where required information was missing or the service was not supplied as agreed. A travel disruption or personal change does not automatically create a scheduled refund; statutory rights and the particular facts still matter. Contact us before treating a research-page summary as a binding cancellation quote.

Pour une future réservation réelle, la politique affichée et enregistrée, les sommes effectivement encaissées et le fuseau horaire du camp déterminent le calcul, sous réserve de vos droits impératifs. Les paiements directs au camp relèvent de ce fournisseur. Une demande de remboursement ne prouve pas que la banque a reçu les fonds.
