Check the final price

Checkout displays the selected rooms and packages, the booking currency, what is due now and any remaining balance. Review the cancellation terms before paying. A display-currency estimate is for comparison; the booking currency shown at checkout is the currency of the charge.

Understand the payment arrangement

Some camps collect a deposit followed by a later balance payment. Others collect the full stay online. Where checkout specifies an online booking fee with the remainder paid directly to the camp, follow the camp's payment instructions for that remainder. Do not assume every camp uses the same arrangement or that an off-platform payment appears automatically in your trip.

Find confirmation

A payment attempt is not the same as a confirmed booking. Open My trips to check the current status and payment record. If a payment is processing, wait for the status to update before attempting another payment. If a charge appears without a confirmed trip, contact support with the booking reference and payment time; never send a full card number or security code.
