Complete your group details

The lead booker can open the guest-details form from the trip to supply each guest's name, surf level, dietary needs and arrival information. Fill the existing guest places accurately; the form does not change the number of booked guests or rooms. Share information necessary for the stay and avoid adding unrelated sensitive information.

Observe the editing deadline

Self-service guest edits close seven days before check-in, measured in the camp's time zone. Reminder emails may prompt the lead booker to complete missing information. After editing closes, message the camp with essential corrections. A sent message is not an automatic booking amendment.

Before travelling

Read the check-in time, address, directions and outstanding-balance instructions in your trip. Confirm unusual arrival times directly with the host. Let the camp know promptly if plans change. Open your trips or messages.
