Contact a camp

Use the camp's message link or your trip conversation to ask about your stay. Before a confirmed booking, contact details in messages may be masked to keep the inquiry on the platform. Once the booking is confirmed, the conversation can include practical arrival contact details. Never send passwords, card details or account recovery codes.

Leave a review

Eligible verified guests can review a completed stay within fourteen days of checkout in the camp's local time zone. Use the review link on your trip. Describe your own experience, including any coaching or food you actually booked. Each eligible guest can submit one review for the stay. Do not include someone else's private contact information.

Report a concern

Use the conversation's report action for problematic messages, or contact support with the relevant booking reference. Reviews may be hidden for moderation and camps may post a public response. A review does not replace contacting the camp promptly about a problem during the stay.
