Connect the right account

Connect Google Calendar from the camp's integrations settings and review the separate consent prompt. The platform creates and manages its own camp calendar; it is not a two-way reservation importer. Review the selected camp and connection status before enabling synchronization.

What synchronizes

Confirmed bookings can appear with operational details for the camp. Optional room blocks and closures can also appear when their synchronization is enabled. Calendar events do not replace the live booking record, and changing a Google event does not change platform inventory. If an event fails to sync, check the integration status before reconnecting or creating duplicates.

Disconnect and access control

Disable synchronization to stop updates, or disconnect to remove the stored connection. Where offered, choose whether existing events should be kept or removed. Revoked Google access can prevent remote cleanup until access is restored. Team permissions and camp scopes control which colleagues can manage bookings and settings; invite each person through the team flow instead of sharing an account.
