Confirm your payment arrangement

Your camp's settlement mode determines which amounts the platform collects and which you collect directly. Read the displayed commission and payment instructions in your settings. The booking stores the settlement and commission terms in effect when it was created; changing a setting does not rewrite an existing transaction.

Connected payment accounts

Where Stripe Connect is used, complete the account onboarding and any identity or business-information requests directly with Stripe. Restricted capabilities or missing requirements can prevent new payments and may pause booking availability. Follow the status shown in your portal; a connected account label alone does not prove that charges and payouts are enabled.

Reconcile actual money movement

Use booking and payment records to distinguish successful charges, refunds, balances due and manual settlements. Payout timing is controlled by the payment provider and your account circumstances. Contact support with references if records disagree. Never send restricted API keys, bank login details or full card numbers through guest messages.
